OUR HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICES INCLUDE:
Spring Air Conditioning Inspection Includes:
- compressor amps
- condenser unit fan motor amps
- fan blade
- Oil condenser fan motor, if required
- condenser coil
- condenser cabinet
- contactor
- high and low pressure safety switches
- relays and capacitors
- insulation on refrigerant lines
- blower operation
- drain pans
- thermostat
- electrical disconnect
- Schrader valves for leaks
- for safety pan float switch or inline overflow switch
- refrigerant charge
- ducts, by visual inspection
Fall Furnace and Heating Inspection Includes:
- burners (cleaned as well)
- heat exchanger (cleaned as well)
- flue
- gas valve
- ignition and igniter assembly
- furnace cabinet
- all fan limit and safety switches
- Oil blower motor (if needed)
- and clean flame sensor
- humidifier (if applicable)
- electrical connections in furnace
- thermostat
- for gas leaks at furnace
- inlet and outlet gas pressure
- blower wheel
- furnace condensate drain if required
- ducts, by visual inspection
- furnace and flue for proper clearance from combustibles
