Spring Air Conditioning Inspection Includes:

• compressor amps
• condenser unit fan motor amps
• fan blade
• Oil condenser fan motor, if required
• condenser coil
• condenser cabinet
• contactor
• high and low pressure safety switches
• relays and capacitors
• insulation on refrigerant lines
• blower operation
• drain pans
• thermostat

• Schrader valves for leaks
• for safety pan float switch or inline overflow switch

Fall Furnace and Heating Inspection Includes:

• burners (cleaned as well)
• heat exchanger (cleaned as well)
• flue
• gas valve
• ignition and igniter assembly
• furnace cabinet
• all fan limit and safety switches
• Oil blower motor (if needed)
• and clean flame sensor
• humidifier (if applicable)
• electrical connections in furnace
• thermostat
• for gas leaks at furnace
• inlet and outlet gas pressure
• blower wheel
• furnace condensate drain if required
• ducts, by visual inspection
• furnace and flue for proper clearance from combustibles
